The detached holiday home built in 1955, was renovated in 2014 and is furnished in a modern, rustic and functional style. The property is located in a residential area, on a farm, in a residence, on the outskirts. Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities and terrace.

Privlaka, 20 m above sea level. The holiday home is located in a residence on a farm, on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. English, German Access is via a side road. Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
