The holiday house is in the hills, somewhat secluded and quiet, but still very close to the medieval village of Aquaviva Picena. It is about a 10-minute drive to the popular beaches San Benedetto del Tronto and Grottammare.
The tastefully decorated house is on two floors. The ground floor has a fully-equipped kitchen, a living and dining room with an open fireplace, and a small bathroom. There is also a smart tv. The first floor has three bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath and shower. Two bedrooms each have a double bed (160cm x 200cm), while the third has a single bed (90cm x 180cm). Two children’s beds (up to five years old) can be provided on request, so that a total of seven people can be accommodated. All the windows are fitted with mosquito screens. The house has heating throughout. Free WiFi is also available and unlimited.
All the bedrooms open onto the balcony, which affords a great panoramic view of the hilly landscape of the Marche. The ground-floor living room has an adjoining terrace and a big, fenced garden. You can sit together, dine and enjoy nature to the full under the gazebo with a barbecue and pizza oven. The country estate has about three hectares of land with fruit plantations and olive groves (not fenced). There are two lighted natural paths for a night walks. The car parking space is right in front of the house. The gate can be opened electrically.
The nearest grocery shop is about 500 metres away and there are other shops and a pharmacy about 2km away. This holiday house is ideal for spending a quiet and relaxing holiday amidst hilly nature. You can also visit e.g. the educational nature trail with a wide range of plants, shrubs and rose bushes. The villa is also a good starting point for trips, as the region offers not only culture, art and traditions, but also the sea and sandy beaches just a few kilometres away.
