Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Können gut deutsch sprechen. Wohnung sauber, klein aber fein.
Contra:
Der einzige Minuspunkt wäre die nicht vorhandene Klimaanlage, die aber durch ein Ventilator ergänzt wurde.
Außerdem soll laut Vermieter 2022 eine Klimaanlage in die Wohnung kommen.”
