Holiday apartment in a beautiful natural setting, with its own balcony and use of a barbecue and a playground

The apartment has a balcony. There is plenty of space around the house, with a playground and a grill area. A bread rolls delivery service and a shopping service are available.

The quietly situated apartment is in the attic and has a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm), a supplementary bed (90 x 200cm), a washbasin and a shower, as well as a second bedroom with two single beds 890 x 200cm) and a pull-out supplementary bed (160 x 200cm). The living room has a dining corner, satellite TV and an unfolding sofa bed (160 x 200cm). The kitchen is equipped with a four-ring stove, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. There are a washing machine and an additional toilet on the same floor.

In summer you can go on alpine walks or climb 3000-metre peaks, or drive through the passes to neighbouring Italy or to Switzerland. There are free guided hikes and shuttle buses. In winter you can go snow shoe hiking, cross-country skiing, ski touring or take the lifts up to 2800 metres to go skiing. The Kühtai ski lift is 8 minutes away with the free ski bus. The nearest shops are about 5km away.
