The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house built in 2007, was renovated in 2007 and is furnished in a modern, functional and typical country style. The property is located on the outskirts. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, pavilion and garden furniture. Basketball on the plot and vegetable garden are available.

Location
Pula, 10 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 2500 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The apartments are in the same house IST PUL 500 (3 people), IST PUL 501 (2 people), IST PUL 502 (3 people), IST PUL 503 (2 people) and IST PUL 504 (6 people). Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 10 m). Parking (for 10 cars) is available on the property and in a parking lot in the village (distance 10 m). Length of access 30 m.
