Diese attraktiv und zeitgemäß gestaltete Ferienwohnung mit schönem Balkon umfasst 85 qm auf 2 Etagen und bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Nur 350 Meter von der Strandpromenade entfernt, liegt sie in der malerischen Altstadt von Warnemünde.
Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer mit 2 Sofas, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Etagenbett, ein Vollbad, ein gäste-WC und ein sehr gut eingerichtete Küche mit Geschirrspülmaschine. Ein Tiefgaragenplatz gegen Bezahlung ist vorhanden.



Die 85 Quadratmeter große Ferienwohnung verfügt über zwei Ebenen und bietet Platz für bis zu vier Personen. Die Fewo liegt in der malerischen Altstadt von Warnemünde und ist nur 350 Meter vom Strand entfernt.

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich gegenüber vom Kurpark in der Altstadt. Der Kirchenplatz (3 Minuten), die Strandpromenade (5 Minuten) oder der Alte Strom (7 Minuten) sind nur wenige der bemerkenswerten Orte in Warnemünde.
