Welcome to our newly built vacation flat with patio, lawn for sunbathing and mountainview in a quiet location in Imberg near Sonthofen.

You can set off to numerous trails for hiking, managed huts as well as bike rides right on your doorstep.

Lakes, mountain railways, skilifts, cross country ski tracks, free time activities and shopping possibilities can be reached by car in a matter of minutes.

Right next door there`s a working farm with horses, cows and goats.

Our newly built house (2019) witch attached vacation flat consists of wooden flooring, underfloor heating, fully equiped kitchen, sleeping couch (140 cm) integrated in the kitchen-living room area, extra bedroom with bedding.

The bathroom is very spacious and offers a walk in rainshower, toilet, big window and of course towels.

The partially roofed patio is located on the westside of the house so that you can enjoy the evening sun to it`s fullest.

Deck chairs are available.

You can park right in front of the house.



For your convinience you will find dishtowels, dishcloth, dishwashertabs, baking paper, tin foil, cling wrap, garbage bags and coffee filter in the kitchen. 

In the bathroom there will be toiletpaper, a hairdryer as well as a hand mirror.
