Our house is located in a quiet yet central location, ideal for a relaxing vacation. The supermarket and several restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, and the bus stop is just a minute's walk away – perfect for easy access or excursions into the surrounding area.

In winter, you can enjoy the Milderer Christkindlmarkt right at your doorstep, while the cozy farm bar invites you to unwind with a drink. Sports and nature enthusiasts will also find their satisfaction: The entrance to the cross-country ski trail and the Milderaun toboggan run is just a two-minute walk away.

Our house is located at the foot of the picturesque Oberbergtal, which invites you to beautiful hikes. Walking paths lead directly past the house and provide the perfect opportunity to explore nature and enjoy the fresh mountain air in summer.
