The beautiful 110m² holiday apartment is located in a magnificent, quiet area right on the outskirts of Westerhofen, a district of the municipality of Ofterschwang, surrounded by stunning mountain and hiking landscapes.

Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach a lovely bathing lake. The diverse recreational options leave little to be desired (e.g. ski lifts, ice sports hall, mountain tours, bike paths, leisure pools, summer toboggan run, treetop walk, high ropes course...)

The cities of Sonthofen, Immenstadt, and Kempten invite you for shopping sprees.

Our spacious 110m² penthouse apartment "Alpenzauber" accommodates a maximum of 6 people.

The holiday apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table, a dining room with access to the living room, which is equipped with a 55” OLED flat-screen TV and Magenta TV, two bedrooms with box spring beds and Swiss pine wood walls, one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub, shower, and toilet, a separate toilet, an infrared cabin with a relaxation corner for unwinding, and a large sunny southwest balcony.

Winter sports equipment can be stored and dried in the heating room. In summer, a private e-bike garage is available. Free parking directly at the house and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided.
