Not only is the location of our accommodation outstanding, with 13 minutes to the Stubai Glacier, 10 minutes to the beginner lift, 150 m to the bus or cross-country ski trail, and 2.4 km to the nearest shopping opportunity, but the amenities are also impressive. You won't miss anything here.



Our vacation apartment is located on the ground floor. Through a hallway, you will reach the charming rustic living kitchen, equipped with all comforts. Adjacent to the living kitchen is the living room, separated by a sliding door, furnished with a beautiful bench that can be easily converted into a bed. There is ample space here for two people. The tiled stove connects the two rooms. On the same level, there is a spacious bathroom equipped with a shower tub, sink, toilet, and washer-dryer.
