The Ribis family warmly welcomes you to the Binder guesthouse in Neustift im Stubaital. Our house is located in the district of Schaller, 3 km from the center of Neustift. The free ski bus that takes you to all ski areas in the valley stops just 100 m from the Binder guesthouse. The Elfer ski area is 3 km away and the Stubai Glacier can be reached in 15 km. Right next to the Binder guesthouse is a restaurant where you can enjoy hearty dishes. A cross-country ski trail and a promenade run directly past the house.

Our Binder guesthouse has two holiday apartments, Morgentau and Sonnenstrahl. To ensure you feel at home during your vacation, we have lovingly and cozily furnished the apartments in bright colors and offer you plenty of comfort. The Morgentau apartment can accommodate 2-8 people, while the Sonnenstrahl apartment can accommodate 2-6 people. Both apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette with dining area. The spacious double or triple rooms provide a good night's sleep. Both apartments have 2 bathrooms with shower/WC.

You will surely appreciate the amenities of your own sun terrace and a private south-facing balcony, from which you can enjoy the wonderful view of the Stubai mountain world. You can store your ski equipment in our ski room with a boot dryer. To provide all our guests with a high-quality vacation, our Binder guesthouse is a non-smoking house.

We are happy to offer our guests a fresh roll service every day.

At the Stubai Glacier, you can experience the fascinating world of snow and ice. The Stubai Glacier, one of the largest glacier ski areas in Austria, guarantees snow reliability from October to June on various slopes. A highlight for the whole family is the natural toboggan run at Elfer, which is illuminated for three nights a week.

The Stubai WildeWasserWeg around the impressive Grawa waterfall leads hikers to the most impressive spots amidst the wild beauty of the Stubai Alps. The Grawa waterfall is only a 10-minute walk away. After an extensive hike, the area around the Klaus-Äuele park with its exciting children's land invites you to refreshing baths, play, and relaxation.
