Welcome to our family run Klaus apartments in Milders, district of Neustift, in the Stubaital. Here with us you can enjoy the best days of the year in a cosy and relaxing atmosphere in one of Tyrol’s most beautiful natural sceneries. Our apartments in the Klaus guesthouse are located just 3 minutes away from the Sonnenberg Lift and the Gesundheitssee in Milders on foot. Sports shops, a supermarket and delicious restaurants are just a 3-minute walk away as well. The free ski bus to the Schlick 2000 family skiing area and to Austria's largest glacier skiing area, the Stubai Glacier, stops just a 1-minute walk from the apartment away. The centre of Neustift with its great leisure centre, where guests of our apartments enjoy free admission to the outdoor and indoor pools, is only 2.5 km away. Directly at the Klaus apartments you have access to the idyllic cross-country skiing trails and numerous paths that are ideal for hiking and walking in the Stubaital together with the whole family. Every apartment is comfortably furnished with quality wood furniture. Numerous windows ensure a light-flooded atmosphere and offer wonderful views of the impressive Stubai Mountains. In summer you can also relax on the large terrace or in the garden with pergola, barbecue and sun loungers. In addition to that every apartment comes with a garage space. The Christoph apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with dining table and beds, a double bedroom as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. In the Nina apartment a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower and toilet await you. If required, a cot and a high chair are available for your children. Welcome to the family-run Serles Apartment! The newly renovated attic apartment offers 85 m² of living space with private access through the garden. It features a cozy double room with TV, a balcony with a view of the Serles, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, as well as a living room with two sofa beds and TV. The spacious bathroom offers a bathtub and shower, and a washing machine is also available. We look forward to welcoming you to our family-run accommodation in the Stubai Valley!
