The lovingly designed holiday home invites you to explore the leisure and nature experiences of the wine-growing region and to feel at ease in a special atmosphere.

The holiday home, extensively and tastefully renovated in spring 2024, invites you to relax and indulge. Feel comfortable in a location that offers sufficient space for up to 8 people.
The holiday home features bright and friendly rooms and a comprehensive equipment on a total living area of approximately 180 m². Many pictures are artistically self-designed and give the holiday home a unique atmosphere.

In the garden or on the approximately 30 m² large covered terrace, garden furniture/sun loungers and a Weber gas grill are available. During the harvest season, enjoy our grapes and fresh herbs such as rosemary, sage, peppermint, and lemon balm.

The Nahetal holiday home consists of two interconnected living units, which you can rent depending on the number of guests or type of use. Whether you rent one or both living units, the holiday home is always used solely by you. You will thus have privacy, and there are no other renters.

Are you traveling by car? Then a reserved parking space just for you is a must. Unload and load your vehicle at ease, and park it with us. The car parking space is located nearby on our private property. If you also bring a scooter and need a covered parking option? No problem, everything you need is available.

Many personal furnishings, which are very dear to us, will delight you. Because we trust you, we waive a deposit. We ask for responsible and mindful use.

Comfortable access for guests
After booking, you will be informed of the access code for the front door, with which you can come and go anytime and without problems – whenever you wish during your stay.
You can reach the living and sleeping area as well as the corresponding bathroom of living unit 2 through another door. The access code for this will also be provided to you immediately after booking.
Check-in is possible on the day of arrival from 1 PM, check-out is on the day of departure until 12 PM. For personal wishes regarding check-in and check-out, we kindly ask you to contact us.

How to find us
By car:
Take the exit Bad Sobernheim Mitte from federal road 41. After the town sign, turn left into Breslauer Straße and after about 200 m, turn right into Berliner Straße. Keep to the left, and you will arrive after about 100 m.
By public transport/train:
From Bad Sobernheim train station, you can reach our holiday home in just over one kilometer or about a 15-minute walk. A taxi transfer is available from the station.
By bike:
Enjoy the unique natural beauty along the continuously signposted Nahe cycling route. Bad Sobernheim is directly located on the Nahe cycling route, which passes about 1.5 kilometers from the holiday home.



The vacation home, which was extensively and tastefully renovated in spring 2024, invites you to relax and enjoy yourself. Feel at home in a location that offers enough space for up to 8 people.

The Nahetal vacation home consists of two connected residential units, which you can rent depending on the number of guests or type of use. Regardless of whether you rent one or both units. The vacation home is only ever used by you. This means that you stay on your own, there are no other tenants.

For bookings of up to 4 people, accommodation unit 1 with approx. 130 m² is available. On the ground floor there is a large open-plan living/dining area with a wood-burning stove and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a guest WC, a hallway with checkroom and the home office. The upper floor offers two bedrooms with double and queen-size beds, a living area (with pull-out couch) and a bathroom with shower, WC and bathtub. If there are four of you and you would like to use the second bathroom on the upper floor, you can also book accommodation unit 2.

If you are booking for more than 4 people, accommodation unit 2 with a total of approx. 50 m² offers a bathroom with shower and WC on the upper floor. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living/sleeping area with a queen-size bed and pull-out couch, a small kitchenette with dining area and a work area with desk.

Are you staying longer or don't want to travel with a lot of luggage? You are welcome to use the modern washing and drying machines in the cellar and a steam ironing station.

The vacation home is allergy-friendly, which is why smoking and pets are unfortunately not allowed. With the exception of a flat rate for the final cleaning, all facilities are included: Towels, bed linen, WLAN, gas barbecue, bicycles and much more.

The holiday home is equipped to be allergy-friendly, which is why smoking and pets unfortunately have no place here.

With the exception of a flat rate of 120 euros for the final cleaning, all facilities are included: towels, bed linen, Wi-Fi, gas grill, bicycles, and much more.

Children up to the age of 2 are free. From the age of 3, full price applies (always accompanied by 2 adults).

Directly across from the house entrance is a lockable garden shed containing the house's bicycles and other leisure, sports, and play equipment. Do you not want to forsake your personal bicycles while on vacation? No problem: there are plenty of storage options available.

Are you staying longer or do you not want to travel with heavy luggage? Feel free to use modern washing and drying machines in the basement as well as a steam ironing station.

We trust our guests, which means that neither a deposit nor a down payment is required. Please transfer the booking/invoice amount no later than 14 days before your arrival. Please transfer the payment to our account. For last-minute bookings, we ask that you transfer the total price on the day of booking.

The guest has the right to cancel without charge up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations must be made in writing. For cancellations between 14 and 7 days before the start of the trip, the guest will be refunded 50% of the total travel price. If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the start of the trip, the guest will receive 10% of the total travel price back. Further information can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
