The accommodation is ideal for guests seeking peace and relaxation after an eventful day. Our apartments are designed for adults and are pet-free to provide a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. The holiday apartments on the first floor offer a wonderful view of the landscape and the Ötztal mountains. Many hiking, climbing, and cycling tours can be easily started from the house. Restaurants, a bakery, a small supermarket, the bus stop, and the entrance to the cross-country skiing trail are within walking distance. The top ski areas of the Ötztal (Sölden, Gurgl, and the family ski area Hochoetz) can be reached with the free ski bus.

The unique panorama can be enjoyed on the furnished balcony.
