Vielleicht die schönste Aussicht an der Schweizer Riviera: Kleine 2,5 Zimmer Wohnung mit grossem Balkon hoch über dem Vierwaldstätter See. Der Blick reicht hin bis auf Luzern. Ein Parkplatz ist natürlich auch dabei. Komplett eingerichtet mit modernem Induktionsherd, Flatscreen-TV, DVD/Blue-ray Player, Wireless-Lan, Internet, kleinem Flur und Küche. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine bequeme Schlafcouch, die auf Wunsch zwei weiteren Erwachsenen eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit bietet. Im Schlafzimmer steht ein Doppelbett zur Verfügung, Natürlich verfügt die Eigentümergemeinschaft auch über eine Waschmaschine und einen separaten Trockenraum. Zur Wohnung gehören ein kleiner Garten mit Kugelgrill und fantastischer Aussicht. Fussläufig erreichbar ist der frisch renovierte Traumstrand von Unterwilen. Eine verträumte Bucht mit Badeinsel, Grill, Liegen und Seeeinstieg. Perfekt für ein romantsisches Picknick am See.
