Rural idyll with a wonderful view of Lake Constance. Our unique location makes this holiday flat attractive for young and old.We have renovated and refurnished a 3.5-room flat on the ground floor of our modern farmhouse. The furnishings are deliberately simple yet modern - a real oasis of well-being!The flat has;- 1 master bedroom with double bed 180x200 cm and wardrobe- 1 children's room with bunk bed (1 bed drawer offers space for a 3rd child)- Open-plan living area with sofa corner, dining area and kitchenThe kitchen is fully equipped; dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven with steamer function, Nespresso coffee machine, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, various crockery, pans etc. available- Alcove with small office desk- 1 bathroom with shower, bathtub and WC (hairdryer available)- Storage room with own washing machine and tumble dryer (small stewi available)- Large seating area with lawn for private use offers space to relax, play and barbecue- 2 parking spaces right outside the front door- It is also suitable for people with walking difficulties (everything is at ground level and there are no trip hazards)The flat is particularly suitable for families, couples but also individuals who simply want to enjoy an unforgettable time on a farm. Of course we are also happy about a visit to the stable! But it's not a must!There is plenty for children to discover! A small petting zoo with rabbits, guinea pigs and dwarf goats and a lovely playground with swings, climbing facilities, slide and sandpit, mud kitchen, bobby cars and pedal tractors.From here you can quickly reach Rorschach, Heiden or even St. Gallen.There are many excursion possibilities;- a boat trip on Lake Constance- a city trip to St. Gallen- a large indoor playground with trampoline park in Rorschach (Fägnäscht)- go on a beautiful hike, e.g. the Bänkli hiking trail, which leads past our farm- explore our area by e-bike- We have a riding stable nearby (please book in advance if you wish)- a romantic carriage ride in the countryside (please book in advance if you wish)There are so many beautiful activities in our region, just ask us about them.Miscellaneous:We live in a beautiful location, but we have no public transport on our doorstep. It is a 10-minute walk to the Appenzell railway stop in the direction of Rorschach or Heiden or a 15-minute walk to the Seebus stop at the Rorschacherberg multi-purpose hall. However, you can order a taxi to the front door.We look forward to your visit!
