Villa Nautilus, close to the beach and Palma city
Villa located 2 km from the beach, 15 km from the city of Palma and only 10 km from the airport.
It has a beautiful 1030m2 garden, planted with large palm trees, a saline chlorination pool with a beach area, an exclusive, larger Jacuzzi Spa and an outdoor shower.
Bathroom and laundry room next to the pool. Designer hammocks, chill-out areas, 2.5 x 2.5 metre mahogany Balinese bed, outdoor sofas and admirable sculptures in stone and wood.
The welcoming entrance leads to a large living-dining room with fireplace, open to one of the porches where there is another dining room, living room, fully equipped indoor kitchen and outdoor kitchen.
On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms, one triple, with a king-size bed and a Tempur mattress, and another double, both with en-suite bathrooms, dressing rooms, and heating and/or air conditioning.
Reading room and guest toilet.
On the first floor you will find a triple room with en-suite bathroom, 3 terraces, office, sofa bed, dressing room, heating and/or air conditioning.
Facilities include Wi-Fi (double access point), 8'' Dobsonian telescope, 50'' smart TV in the living room and two 65'' smart TVs in the main rooms, heating and air conditioning in all rooms.
All rooms have en-suite bathroom and dressing room, large private parking.
From the terraces you can see the sea and the mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana, at night, the celestial vault and shooting stars draw the scene.
Located in a very quiet area with wide streets, the atmosphere invites you to relax in the Mediterranean.
