The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house built in 1895, was renovated in 2012 and is furnished in a functional style. The property is located in the town centre, near the old town. Also due to the view over the mountains from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. This property is a family-friendly accomodation. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, parasol and sun lounger.

Access from the street has a step which can be seen in the photo. A ramp is available to provide independent access for wheelchair users, which must be requested prior to arrival.
Ground floor: Bedroom (13 sqm) with 1 double bed and 1 baby cot. Bathroom (10 sqm) with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and hairdryer.
Higher ground floor: Bedroom (10 sqm) with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. Kitchen (10 sqm) with TV, dining area (6 seats), gas stove (4 flames), oven, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), coffee machine, toaster, access to the balcony and Coffee machine available in various sizes, tablecloth and tea towels provided, washing-up liquid available free of charge.
