Fantastically beautiful Ronneby with Brunnsbadet, Ronnebyån and the proximity to the Blekinge archipelago. The house, which is located in a quiet and natural residential area with Karlsnäsleden around the corner, has a beautiful view of the city with a few hundred meters to grocery stores, pharmacies and several fast food restaurants. From here you can take day trips and discover Blekinge on foot, by car, bus, train and boat traffic. The house with its two floors has large spacious rooms throughout the house. In the open-plan hall, the well-equipped kitchen is located straight ahead with great opportunities for self-catering. In the adjacent room there are dining tables and chairs for meals and shared moments with games and puzzles. The room on the other side of the kitchen has a sofa group for cozy moments in front of the TV with Chromecast. Also newly renovated toilet with shower on the lower floor. On the upper floor with a stair gate for child safety are all three bedrooms. Two bedrooms at each end of the upper floor with double beds, one with real beds and the other with high air mattresses that have an extra mattress on top. In the bedroom in the middle between the other two, there is a single bed with a wonderful view of the lush garden. The bathroom upstairs with toilet, sink, bathtub / shower and washing machine. The house, which has a beautiful garden with protected visibility, is rich in vegetation of many different species. Here there is the opportunity to relax on garden furniture and activities on the lawn. Within walking distance is the center with restaurants, shopping and Ronneby Brunnspark with its beautiful turn-of-the-century houses and wonderful surroundings. Here is organized a vintage car exhibition and events of various kinds such as a large, well-attended flea market every Sunday throughout the summer. Brunnshotellet with spa & indoor pool also has a water slide and outdoor pool area during the summer. For those interested in music, it is close to Sweden rock, Hasslö and Östersjö festivals to name a few. Welcome!
