Nestled between vineyards and olive trees, this spacious holiday farmhouse in Saint Sauveur de Cruzières is a peaceful oasis and an ideal base for exploring the enchanting regions of Provence and the Cévennes. The farmhouse consists of two independent wings separated by a terrace. The house has a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a small living room with an open fireplace, a TV room accessible via three steps, a spacious veranda ideal for al fresco dining and several bedrooms, each with its own shower room and WC. The outdoor area has unfenced grounds, a boules court, table tennis and a volleyball court. The private, fenced pool is secured by barriers and a gate and offers a paved pool terrace with sun loungers. Other amenities include a pool house and a terrace with a charcoal barbecue. The house is located in Saint-Sauveur-de-Cruzières, between Barjac and Saint Ambroix in the southern Ardèche, not far from Uzès and Vallon Pont d'Arc. Shopping facilities can be found in Saint Ambroix, around 5 km away. Nearby you can visit the many charming villages and markets with regional specialities to sample. For water sports enthusiasts, you are close to the Ardèche gorges and the Cèze valley. The central location between the southern Ardèche, Provence and the Cévennes is ideal for discovering the region and its many caves: Pont d'Arc cave, Aven d'Orgnac, the Cocalière, the Salamander. The famous bamboo park near Anduze and the small steam railway of the Cévennes are also worth a visit. Important note: The pool is cleaned daily in the early morning. On foot or by mountain bike, you can explore an 8.5 km fitness trail on the property. The extensive estate comprises four other holiday accommodations, each with its own pool, which are located around 600 to 1000 m apart.
