Situated in the heart of the picturesque southern Ardèche, this holiday farmhouse is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees and enjoys a prime location between Provence and the Cévennes; an ideal base for exploring the beauty of the region. The nearest shops are in Saint Ambroix, around 5 kilometres away. The farmhouse has an open-plan kitchen on the ground floor, which is connected to the living area, as well as a bedroom and a shower room. The remaining bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Outside, the property extends over an unfenced plot with a pétanque court and table tennis. A private and fenced pool measuring 9.5 x 4.5 metres and a pool house equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers round off the outdoor experience. The holiday apartment is located in Saint-Sauveur-de-Cruzières, between Barjac and Saint Ambroix in the southern Ardèche, not far from Uzès and Vallon Pont d'Arc. You will find all the shops in Saint Ambroix, about 5 kilometres away. Nearby, you can visit the many charming villages and markets where you can sample regional specialities. For water sports enthusiasts, you are close to the Ardèche gorges and the Cèze valley. Its central location between the southern Ardèche, Provence and the Cévennes is ideal for discovering the region and its many caves: Pont d'Arc cave, Aven d'Orgnac, the Cocalière, the Salamander... The famous bamboo park near Anduze and the small steam The Cévennes train is also worth a visit. Important information: The pool is cleaned every morning. On the property, you can explore an 8.5 km fitness trail, ideal for hiking or mountain biking.
