Set in the beautiful countryside of the southern Ardèche, this spacious holiday home has been carefully designed for comfort and convenience: The ground floor has a well-equipped kitchen with direct access to the pool, terraces and dining area. A spacious dining area, a cosy sitting area with a corner sofa as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom offer sufficient comfort on the ground floor. A TV lounge with a wood-burning stove awaits guests on the upper floor. Most of the remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor, while the eighth bedroom is on the second floor. Outside, the property extends over unfenced grounds and offers table tennis and a pétanque court. A south-facing covered terrace with a bread oven and built-in barbecue is ideal for cosy get-togethers. The private pool is secured by a barrier and a gate, measures 11.5 x 4.3 metres and has sun loungers. A pool house with fridge and garden furniture provides additional comfort. The property is located in Saint-Sauveur-de-Cruzières, between Barjac and Saint Ambroix in the southern Ardèche and not far from Uzès and Vallon Pont d'Arc. You will find all the shops in Saint Ambroix, about 5 km away. There are many typical villages in the area and markets with regional specialities to enjoy. Water sports enthusiasts are close to the gorges of the Ardèche and the Cèze valley. The area between the lower Ardèche, Provence and the Cévennes is ideal for tours and visits to the region. Many caves to visit: Pont d'Arc cave, Aven d'Orgnac, Cocalière, Salamandre. You can visit the Bambouseraie in the Cévennes near Anduze together with the little train of the Cévennes and enjoy the beautiful landscape. Please note: Pool maintenance is carried out every morning. Guests can also explore an 8.5km fitness trail on the property, ideal for hiking or mountain biking adventures.
