The holiday apartment for up to 3 people is located in the basement of the house on the owner's property in a quiet location close to the beach (200 m). Snack bar, bakery, restaurant and two supermarkets are within walking distance. Completely modernised and newly furnished in 2019, the 45 m² holiday apartment has a living room (corner couch with extra bed, flat-screen TV, dining area), a bedroom (1 double bed), a modern open kitchenette (electric hob, fridge, various small kitchen appliances) and a bathroom (shower, WC). There is also a covered terrace, bicycle storage facilities, free W-LAN and a car parking space available for a fee.
The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and electricity. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, car parking space (3 EUR/day). Pets are not allowed in this property.
The seaside resorts of Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck are the so-called imperial resorts on the island of Usedom. Along the Baltic Sea coast, the three resorts with their wide, fine sandy beaches and piers with jetties are connected by a promenade that leads to the Polish town of Swinemünde.In addition to ample shopping facilities and restaurants, bicycle, boat and beach chair hire, tennis courts and a network of well-signposted hiking and cycle paths extending into the hinterland make for a relaxing holiday.A modern fun pool, the Ostseetherme, is centrally located between Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck. With the KAISERBÄDERCARD, which every guest receives after paying the spa tax, the buses of the Kaiserbäderlinie can be used free of charge for the connection between the resorts, up to the border crossing to Poland.
