Just a few minutes' walk from Waren harbour with its promenade, restaurants and cafés as well as the steamboat landing stage, two bright and comfortably furnished holiday apartments are located in a house newly built in 2017 in a quiet residential area. The old town centre of Waren (Müritz) and the entrance to the Müritz National Park are also not far away. The two approx. 77 square metre flats for up to 4 adults (please bring your own cot) are located on the ground floor and first floor of the centrally heated house (living room, bathroom with underfloor heating). They are equipped with a living room (upholstered seating area, flat screen TV, radio), open-plan kitchen with dining area (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher), two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 single bed + 1 pull-out bed), a spacious bathroom (shower/WC, washing machine, towel dryer, hairdryer) and two terraces for the ground floor flat (1 x covered). WLAN is available. In addition, one car parking space (carport) and a lockable storage room are available free of charge per apartment. Further parking spaces for a fee. There is also a wallbox (charging station for electric vehicles). The charging consumption of electric vehicles is charged on site. The total price includes final cleaning, water and house energy consumption, bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Visitor's tax, additional car park (if required) 5 EUR/day.

The state-recognised spa town of Waren (Müritz) is located in charming surroundings directly on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District.
Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with passenger ships, the adjacent promenade and numerous catering establishments as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district.
There are also open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, surfing and sailing schools and plenty of shopping opportunities in the town. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Motorway connection approx. 25 km.
