The holiday apartment with separate access is located on the upper floor of a residential building on a 400 square metre plot in the Waren Nord district. The Tiefwarensee lake with bathing facilities is approx. 600 metres away. Shops and restaurants are within 400 metres. Easy access by train (railway station approx. 500 metres). The holiday apartment is equipped with a combined living/bedroom (upholstered furniture, TV, radio/CD, DVD, 2 beds), a bedroom (double bed), a kitchen (electric cooker, dining area, refrigerator, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a bathroom (bathtub/WC). There is an outdoor terrace with seating (access directly from the kitchen), bicycles, bicycle storage, a free car park in front of the house and WLAN. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy. Tourist tax on site.

The state-recognised spa town of Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Motorway access approx. 25 km.
