This separate holiday home for two people is located in a quiet residential area, only approx. 800 m from the Müritz, on the owner's fully fenced residential property of approx. 1000 m². There are shops in the immediate neighbourhood, the old town and the harbour with restaurants and passenger boats are just a short distance away.
The approx. 48 m², centrally heated holiday home is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio, dining table), a bedroom (2 single beds), a separate kitchen (electric cooker, fridge, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom (shower, WC). There is also a furnished terrace, a barbecue and a car park. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen and towels as well as water and energy costs. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed.
The state-recognised spa town of Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with passenger shipping, adjacent promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Motorway access approx. 25 km.
