Holiday home The house on the Aland

This farm was already settled at the beginning of the 18th century. I purchased the property with the farm in 1995 and have completely rebuilt it since then. Over time, two completely separate houses have been built under one roof - the front part, which I live in myself, has been finished since 2005 and the rear part, which is available for rent, has been finished since 2015.The Aland is a branch of the Elbe and the house is located on a so-called terp at the level of the dike in an idyllic secluded location in a nature reserve. The garden is over one hectare in size, lined with old trees and located directly on the river.Here you will truly find peace.
