Modern furnishings with contemporary fitted kitchen with large fridge + freezer compartment, oven, 4-burner ceramic hob, small dishwasher, microwave. Bathroom with washbasin, shower/WC. Garage space in underground car park. Sauna/laundry room in the house (for a fee). Short walking distance to the Valens rehabilitation clinic. The accommodation Bergfeeling only 75 minutes by car from Zurich! Close to the Pizol ski area (approx. 15 minutes)!

Smoking is strictly forbidden in the flat, smoking on the terrace is permitted as long as the fags are disposed of properly!

Safety: Please ensure that children do not climb onto the terrace parapet! In wet and cold weather, the tiles on the terrace can be slippery - be careful!

You will be provided with 2x 35 litre rubbish bags. Please dispose of the rubbish bags in the containers provided in front of the house (rubbish house). You will find the collection schedule in the guest folder.

Valens has low-calcium spring water and is very popular for drinking.

Shopping facilities: Unfortunately there is no longer a shop in Valens, so please shop in Bad Ragaz.

Laundry room / drying room Laundry room in the house on the ground floor left for a fee (coin-operated machine CHF 0.20 + CHF 1.00 pieces). There is 1 washing machine available. You need the flat key.

Garage space / ski room 1 parking space AD 304 underground car park (rearmost space on the left) The parking spaces in front of the house are reserved for visitors. The ski room is located next to the lift in the underground car park.

Quiet hours: 22.00h - 06.00h and midday quiet 12.00h - 15.00h according to house rules. Sunday all day. Unfortunately, music is not allowed in the house.

Dog rules You will find these in the prepared dog bed. Please adhere to them. Return of the rented property The rented property must be returned on time at 10.00 a.m. in a tidy condition together with the inventory. The tenant is liable for damages and missing inventory. Liability The tenant is fully liable for all damage caused by him or other users or his pets.

Contact in the house: Technical caretaker: Mr Urs Wettstein, flat AA201 (German speaking only) his instructions must be followed. All further information can be found in the guest folder in the flat.

Pizol ski area (it doesn't always have to be Flumserberge!)
The Pizol ski area (2,227 metres above sea level) is a popular winter sports area in Eastern Switzerland, more precisely in the St. Gallen and Graubünden region. It can be reached in just 70 minutes by car from Zurich and is also ideal for a weekend trip. There is always space here and few waiting times when the Flumserberge is already totally overcrowded!

Here is some information about the Pizol ski area:

1. location: The Pizol ski area extends over the peaks of Pizol and Laufböden and is close to the town of Bad Ragaz.

2. slopes and lifts: The ski area offers a varied selection of slopes for all ability levels, from beginners to advanced skiers and snowboarders. There are 12 lifts, including gondola lifts and chairlifts, which transport guests to the various peaks and slopes. On 23 different pistes (50 kilometres of pistes), in the Riderpark Pizol and other attractions, every winter sports enthusiast will find "their place" on the mountain.

3. panorama: The Pizol region offers breathtaking views of the Swiss Alps and the Rhine Valley all the way to Lake Constance. The snow-covered landscape and clear mountain air contribute to an unforgettable winter experience.

4. winter activities: In addition to skiing and snowboarding, the Pizol ski area also offers other winter activities such as snowshoeing, winter hiking and tobogganing.

5. ski schools: For beginners, qualified ski instructors are available in ski schools to teach the basics of skiing or snowboarding.

6. après-ski: After a day on the slopes, visitors can stop off at the cosy mountain huts and restaurants to enjoy local specialities and experience the après-ski atmosphere.
