A few stairs lead from the garden to the ground floor of the villa, where you will find the cozy and spacious living room with SAT TV as well as the kitchen, equipped with only high-quality appliances, and the dining area. The ground floor has a view of the pool area, so you can relax in the living room and at the same time keep an eye on the youngest guests in the outdoor area. On the ground floor there is also one of the bedrooms with a private bathroom.
