Between Narbonne and the beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean, in the heart of the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park, it's here at Château de Montfort that your holidays begin under the Midi sun. This beautiful, recently renovated 19th-century manor house offers one of the most beautiful locations in the Aude department. Less than 15 minutes away, you can discover all the gems of the region: the authentic village of Gruissan and its cottage beaches, Narbonne la Romaine with its rich history, the Etang de Bages-Sigean with its water sports activities and the Massif de la Clape. On site, the gîte has a large 2-hectare outdoor space planted with trees (not fenced) where you can enjoy relaxing moments with the garden furniture and lounge. This beautiful house, which has kept its original volumes, offers an exceptional view of the pine forests, the lake and the foothills of the Pyrenees. The gîte also has a barbecue for your use.

The gîte opens onto a large living room with a sitting area (sofas and TV), a beautiful fully-equipped kitchen/dining room (gas stove, electric oven). Two bedrooms with two 90x200cm beds that can be made into a double or separate bed, each with its own en-suite shower room (basin and shower). Two other bedrooms with two 90x200cm beds, which can also be joined or separated. A shared bathroom (bath, double basin). 2 separate WCs. Laundry room with washing machine. Air conditioning in the two south-facing rooms (kitchen and living room). Unlimited 4G internet connection. Parking on the property. Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included. Baby equipment available on request. Pets are not allowed. The park is not fenced and young children are under the responsibility of an adult.

For safety reasons, it is forbidden to organise events or parties in the gîte.
