The holiday home was built in 2019. It has two bedrooms each with air conditioning and enough beds for five people and in the living room a sofa bed + fan for 2 more people. Fully equipped kitchen with cooker and oven, refrigerator, microwave, cupboard in the kitchen and dining room are connected by a bar. Living and dining room with sofa, table and chairs. Two bathrooms with shower, toilet and washbasin upstairs and a third bathroom with toilet and washbasin downstairs.
The house is located in a gated street with security access within the Portoalto community which has a family atmosphere and by local people who live and work in Playa del Carmen. It has a terrace, community pool, children's playground and mini football field.
Slow internet, only for checking email and whtsapp.

The best way to get there and move around is by car. Between Universidades Av. and 28 de Julio Av., taking Marsella Av. you will be able to get there. In the Yucatan Peninsula and the Mayan Riviera you will find a lot to see and do. There are tours departing from Playa del Carmen or even easier (they can pick you up at your home), we recommend you to move around the region in your own vehicle, so you will have flexibility in your schedule and easy access to the tourist sites.
Playa del Carmen is the ideal starting point for your holiday in the Mexican Caribbean. From here you can quickly reach beautiful beaches, nature reserves, tourist attractions, archaeological sites, theme parks and historic cities.
