Holiday apartment in a nature reserve, with an attic room and terrace to the lake with its own swimming jetty

This holiday apartment is on the first floor, in the northern part of the house. The centrepiece of the apartment is the open living, dining and cooking room, with a comfortable corner sofa with a coffee table in the front part in front of the TV, from where you can enjoy a view of the lake through a window and a balcony door. The sofa can easily be converted into a bed for two guests. The rear part has a solid wood dinign table in a rustic country style with four chairs and a cooking corner with a breakfast bar, enabling convenient self-catering with a dishwasher, oven with a modern four-zone hob, a fridge and freezer, and small electrical appliances such as a microwave, toaster, kettle, mixer and coffee machine. The daylight bathroom has a shower cubicle, a WC and a washbasin. The upper floor has a bedroom with two single beds next to each other, which is an attic room with a flatscreen TV, a wardrobe and two windows that can be darkened and are fitted with insect screens.

    “Uns wurde vor der Ankunft versichert, dass die Renovierungsarbeiten im Untergeschoß(wg. Wasserschaden im Restaurant)schon weit fortgeschritten wären und es zu keiner Lärmbelästigung kommen würde. Dies entsprach absolut nicht der Wahrheit! Wochentags waren die Handwerker ab 7:30 vor Ort. Bohrhammer und andere nette "geräuscharme Werkzeuge" ließen uns nicht lange ausschlafen. Die ganze Woche!!! Die beiden anderen Mietparteien waren genauso verärgert. Fazit: Hier wurde nur abgezockt. Die Unwahrheit gesagt, um während der Bauarbeiten keine finanziellen Verluste zu erleiden. Auf Kosten der Urlauber.”

    “Ein wirklich schönes Apartment, bequemes Bett, bequeme Couch, wunderbare Aussicht von einem großen Balkon.. Positiv: Die Aussicht einfach traumhaft auf einen wunderschönen See mit eigenem Steg zum Baden, Angeln oder Bootfahren... Negativ: Küche ist zwar modern und das, was da ist wie neu aber folgende Basics fehlen:
    Nudelsieb, Salatbesteck, Zitronenpresse und Parmesanreibe... Restaurant: Cafe Lykka - Unbedingt besuchen...wunderschöner Hinterhof zum Sitzen mit kleiner Kunstscheune...sehr nette Betreiberin...alles selbstgemacht...dogs are very welcome...Mo und Di Ruhetag Ausflüge: Wismar - Unbedingt...ein Muss...schönste Stadt an der Ostsee...nur eine halbe Stunde entfernt”
