This luxury villa is located in Medulin just 150 meters from the sea. The newly built villa "Fior di Sale" has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, spacious kitchen and living room with spectacular views of the place and sea. There is also a sun terrace on the roof of the house. Next to the house there is a swimming pool for summer enjoyment. Fully fenced yard, and for your car there is also a garage. The house is located next to the sports ground (football, tennis) and just 150 meters from the beach.

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and pool access. On the first floor two bedrooms with bathroom. What this house does is different is the position of the kitchen and the living room on the 3rd floor. Guests have a beautiful view of the sea, in Medulin, on the nearby islands.

The house is  is not suitable for groups of young people whose interest is "party". Guests must be 28+
