Studio holiday home with garden fencing for dogs

The studio holiday home has a small conservatory and is located as an end-terrace house in a holiday park

Direct access from the small conservatory to the small terrace with garden area with garden seating, parasol and barbecue

The studio holiday home, approx. 70 m² in size, consists of two separate bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet and bathtub on the first floor as well as a spacious living room on the ground floor with a dining area in the small conservatory and access to the terrace with a small garden area, from the living room there is open access to the small, fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge. In the living area and in the bedroom there is a new flat screen TV with satellite TV and radio reception.the flat has a car parking space and free w-lan. There is an e-charging station for cars and e-bikes next to the studio holiday home.

In Zandt you will find everything you need to live: Bakery with small dining area, butcher's shop, inn with small beer garden, petrol station, etc. Ideally located as a starting point for hikes, e-bike hire directly in the village

The studio was completely renovated in July 2021 and equipped with new furniture and lovingly and modernly furnished.

    “Anlage Studio ist in die Jahre gekommen.Zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Terrasse alte Waschbetonplatten sehr vermoost. Stühle zu klein für Terrassen Tisch.
    Treppe zu den Schlafzimmern knart.”
