The apartment has a good room layout and is fully equipped. 1 living/sleeping room (newly laid laminate) with single fold-away beds and cable color TV (flat screen), radio/CD player and modern dining area. 1 bedroom (completely refurbished, including health mattresses and new laminate flooring). Fully equipped kitchen (e.g. with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, etc.). In 2013 completely renovated bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Corridor. Furnished terrace. Mosquito repellent on all windows! Telephone and W-Lan (W-Lan or additional charge). The apartment includes parking space no. 3. Dogs allowed by arrangement! Bed linen and towels can be booked as an additional service.
