Cosy apt between Locarno and Ascona in the Cà di Nani
In a very quiet area, 10 minutes by foot from Locarno, in the Cà di Nani a women friendly Family house with 6 apartments, we rent an apt tastefully furnished for 2 people with a fully equipped kitchen (dishes + fridge) open to the living room, living room with table and 4 chairs, sofa Rolf Benz, Flat TV JVC, free WiFi and balcony. Bathroom with bathtub and shower, towels and soap. Bedroom with a double bed, two new Bico mattresses, bed linen, two bed tables with lamps and a large wall closet. Coin laundry in the house. 5 min walking to Coop and Migros, bars, pizzeria, bank, buses to Locarno, Ascona or ValleMaggia. One minute aras the trail to Monte Bré. Daily or weekly paid permits or free parking in the blue zone on the street. Final cleaning forfait fr. 60.- once. Tourist fee 2 frs pp per night. Rental also possible for one or more weeks. Animals welcome. Bike parking. From Locarno station, the bus 7 towards Losone stops at Solduno Stazione. 5 minutes on foot north to get to the Cà di Nani. By car, the A13 freeway exit Locarno.
Other leisure facilities: The Lido di Locarno https://offers swimming pools, dives and of course you can swim in the lake in front of a breathtaking view. The spa is perfect for relaxing as is the restaurant terrace.
Even a dip in the middle of the rocks, in the cold water of the rivers of Vallemaggia or Val Verzasca are unforgettable (with caution).

Other bedroom furniture (Bedroom1): In to the large built-in wardrobe, the room has a large bed with two comfortable Bico mattresses, two bedside tables and two bedside tables with two touch lamps. The window has thick blackout curtains, medium or pure blackout to ensure the guest a perfect sleep. The room overlooks a very quiet street.
Other kitchen equipment (Kitchen1): The kitchen is super equipped. In addition to the glass ceramic, the oven, the large fridge with respective freezer also offer the micron. Plates, cutlery, cups are at your disposal as well as the Britta to filter the water rather than the kettle, the toaster, the moka for coffee or the teapot, the mixer and even the basic species such as salt, pepper, rosemary, flour etc.

Location description: The old Nucleo di Solduno is very calm and is surrounded by cobbled streets. The location is strategic as you arrive in Locarno on foot in 10 minutes and in Ascona in 15 minutes from where you can reach the Brissago Islands.
Public transport is a 2-minute walk from the house, as are the Raiffeisen, the Post Office, the Migros, Coop, the Pharmacy and the Bakery. There is no shortage of bars and restaurants. There is also an Indian take away and a Pizzeria. Parking on the street.
Solduno is located at the entrance of the Vallemaggia and the Centovallina which then lead to the Onsernone Valley. The area offers many activities ranging from the Locarno Film Festival to the Ascona Jazz Festival, museums and exhibitions Every Thursday there is the market in piazza Locarno from where the funicular starts to go up to Orselina and take the chairlift to Cardada / Cimetta .
