Die große Ferienwohnung in der Villa Vergissmeinnicht wurde im Winter 2017 komplett saniert. Sie liegt im Ortskern von "Alt-Binz", in der Wylichstraße. Bis zum schönen, breiten Binzer Sandstrand sind es nur ca. 300 m.
Hinter dem Haus gibt es für jede Wohnung 2 Parkplätze (im Mietpreis inklusive) und Fahrradabstellmöglichkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeit/Bäcker gibt es in der Nähe. IC-Bahnhof ca. 500 m entfernt.
