Ferienhaus mit offener, komplett ausgestatteter Küche im Wohnbereich, 1 Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und 1 kleines Schlafzimmer mit einem französichen Bett mit einer Liegefläche von 145 cm Breite, Bad mit Dusche und WC.

Die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind das Fischerdorf Wieck mit seiner berühmten Wiecker Holzklappbrücke und den zahlreichen gastronomischen Einrichtungen. Den Blick auf den Greifswalder Bodden kann man genießen mit einer Rundfahrt auf dem Bodden. Weitere Ausflugsziele sind die Inseln Rügen und Usedom, die mit dem Auto in etwa 30 Minuten zu erreichen sind. Ebenfalls sehenswert sind das Meereskundemuseum und das Ozeaneum sowie der Hansedom in Stralsund. Die historischen Stadtkerne der Hansestädte Greifswald und Stralsund mit zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten laden zum Verweilen und Bummeln ein.



Das Ferienhaus befindet sich auf einem ruhigen, großen Privatgrundstück mit einem schönen freien Blick in die Natur. Zu dem Ferienhaus gehören eine Liegewiese mit Gartenmöbel und ein Grillplatz.
