This modern apartment is situated in the newly constructed apartment complex, close to the sea. Nearest beach is 300m, and tourist center 500 meters distant. Sandy beach is only few minutes drive away. Apartment is on two floors, first and second, and offers accommodation for six people. Upper level has an air conditioned living room, kitchen and balcony with splendid sea view. Kitchen is fully equipped and includes: electric stove with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and cooking utensils. Lower level has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and also a balcony with sea view. Bedrooms are not air conditioned. Air condition is in the hallway and also upstairs in the living room. Guests have washing machine, WiFi and one parking place. Bed sheets and towels are included in price. Guests can also freshen' up in the swimming pool which is shared with other guests in the apartment complex. Pets are not allowed.
