The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, built in 1970, renovated in 2014 and is modern and functional furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For use are available: sun lounger, terrace and garden furniture.

Provaglio D'Iseo, 300 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 200 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives only temporarily in a separate building on the property. In the same house there are apartments LOM BRE 003 (4 people). ++Youth groups are not allowed++ Surrounded by morainic hills and green vineyards. 10 minutes from Lake Iseo and 20 km from Brescia. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot on the property and the street in front of the house. Outside a private parking space and a large public car park.

    “Ruim en schoon appartement. Alles was aanwezig. Bedden waren echter zeer slecht. Wasmachine bleek in de garage buiten appartement te staan, wat ons niet vooraf was gemeld.
    De tuin is mooi, je kon goed buiten zitten. Helaas ondervonden wij nogal wat hinder van langs de tuin rijdend verkeer.

    De site vermeldde geen vaste bijdrage voor water, gas en elektriciteit. Dat is nu aangepast, evenals de aparte bijdrage voor de eindschoonmaak.
    Het appartement is bereikbaar via de buitentrap van 8 treden, eenmaal binnengekomen blijken er nog twee trappen van ieder 10 treden te zijn. Dit stond en staat niet vermeld.
    Atraveo bemiddelt voor Interholyday en beroept zich op diens eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de huurovereenkomst.
