Comfortable holiday apartments on a vineyard in a sunny location in the hills

The accommodation lies in the Monferrato and Langhe hills, halfway between Alba and Asti in the municipality of Isola d’Asti.

After extensive renovation work, the old farmhouse now offers three independent apartments for holiday guests. The apartments are named after the famous wines of the region, as this is the dominant theme of the property. The farm is at the top of the hill, with a view of the vineyards and the wine cellar of a wine-growing enterprise to the south. To the north you can make out the Alps on the horizon, rising above the Cuneo and Turin plains.

All the apartments have heating in all the rooms and free wireless Internet access. Parking spaces are available on the site, which is not fenced.

This accommodation is ideal for those who would like to spend a gastronomic holiday and discover the specialities and wines of the region. The quiet location in the vineyards invites you to relax, while Alba in the Langhe area and Asti in the direction of Monferrato are within easy access.

There are shops about 2km away and the nearest restaurant is only about 500 metres away.

Comfortable Apartment in Bricco San Giovanni with Large Terrace and Beautiful View

This large and comfortable apartment is located on the first floor. On about 112 sqm it offers a lot of space and privacy for up to 4 persons. This makes it suitable also for longer stays.

The large terrace doors in the living room lead out onto the terrace, so that you can enjoy the beautiful view of the vineyards on both sides of the room.

It consists of a double room (180 x 200 cm) with bathroom en suite and a second bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The open kitchen is integrated in the living room. There is also a sofa that can be converted into a bed for two. At the end of the hall there is another bathroom. The apartment is ideal for four to six people.

    “Wir konnten eine tolle Woche in Isola d'Asti verbringen. Dank den mitgebrachten E-Bikes konnten wir die sehr schöne Gegend ohne Auto erkunden. Positiv: Die Wohnung ist grosszügig und gut ausgestattet. Der Balkon ist fantastisch! Negativ: Die Wohnung(en) befinden sich in wirklich sehr ruhiger Lage. Das heisst aber auch, dass man relativ weit weg von Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist. Restaurant: Bottega da Rosanna in Castagnole delle Lanze - Sehr gepflegte Anlage, ganz ausgezeichnetes Essen und sehr persönliche Betreuung durch die Gastgeber. Wunderschön präsentierte Gerichte! Ausflüge: La Morra und Neive - zwei sehr schmucke und gepflegte Städtchen, natürlich wieder je auf einem Hügel :-)”

    “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Dolcetto apartment which was clean, spacious and well equipped (not having a washing machine in the apartment was the only thing we missed). The apartments feel very private and we particularly enjoyed our upstairs terrace with its fabulous view. The lovely pool area also has splendid views and is a good size.
    The Piemonte area is a fantastic area to explore with its beautiful hilltop villages and vineyards. The location of the villa also means you can travel to the coast or the lakes in less than 2 hours. We also took advantage of the train in nearby Asti and visited Turin and Genoa.
    The owner and his son are friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed the wine tasting session we had with them.
    A memorable holiday!”

    “Prima accommodatie, ruime appartementen met alles erop en eraan. Mooi en groot zwembad erbij. Vriendelijke eigenaar die ook op complex woont, maar overdag veelal in het nabijgelegen wijnbedrijf aan het werk is. Het enige kritiekpunt is dat de overigens schone appartementen op de minder voor de hand liggende plekken beter schoongemaakt hadden mogen worden.”

    “The Sori San Giovanni property is of high quality. The Dolcetto flat that we rented has all desirable comforts.
    There is a fantastic view from the flats large terrace, a nice place to spend summer evenings. The pool is nice and large.

    The property is located in the Moretti Adimari vineyard (try their Tinella!). The scenery around the property is beautiful, typical Piedmont.”
