    “Der gute Eindruck, den das Haus von aussen vermittelt wird, kann durch Zustand und Austattung der Wohnung nicht bestätigt werden. Die Fenster sind morsch, mehrere Fliesen im Bad sind gebrochen und nur notdürftig geflickt, die Böden sind sehr uneben. Das Mobiliar ist alt und zum Teil auch zwecklos (Bar im Wohnraum ohen Nutzungsmöglichkeit). Von der oberen Wohnung hört man ziemlich viel.
    Es gibt aber auch einige gute Aspekte, Klimaanlage, Geschirrspüler, grosse Kühl/Gefrierkombi und eine wirklich tolle Terasse.
    Die Vermieterin ist nett und unkompliziert, hilft sehr gerne.
    Insgesamt ein zufriedenstellendes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, wenn man nicht zuviel Wert auf Komfort legt, den wir uns allerdings gewünscht hätten und auch gerne honoriert hätten (z. B. eine Mischbatterie in der Dusche).
    Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist mit gefühlten 25% Steigung auf sehr schlechter Betonstraße eher abenteuerlich, leider kommt man auf Grund der Wohnlage aber nicht ohne Auto aus. Der nächste Weg in die Stadt führt nämlich über die Hauptstraße, die z.
