The domicile is also popular because of the view over woods from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the woods. For exclusive use are available: court.

Delnice, 706 m above sea level. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking lot (for 2 cars) in the garage, the carport and on the property, the street in front of the house and a parking lot in the village (guarded).

central heating (wood / coal). Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via antenna. TV channels only in local language.
